When you consent, PulseVPN collects minimal information necessary to provide our service: • Connection timestamps (when you connect/disconnect) • Server location you connected to • Connection duration • Network speed and data usage (displayed in-app, stored locally on your device only) • Device information (OS version, app version for troubleshooting) • Payment information (processed securely through Apple's payment system) This data is used solely to improve service quality and provide customer support. We obtain your explicit consent before any data collection begins.

How We Use Your Information

We do NOT collect or log: • Your browsing history or websites visited • Traffic data or content of your internet activity • DNS queries • Your original IP addresses during VPN session • Connection timestamps that could personally identify you • Any personally identifiable information from your VPN traffic We maintain a strict no-logs policy to protect your privacy. Your internet activity is never monitored, logged, or stored.

Children's Privacy

Our service is not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can delete such information.

Data Retention

We retain your personal information only for as long as necessary to provide you with our services and as described in this Privacy Policy: • Connection logs (with consent) are automatically deleted after 30 days • Network statistics are stored locally on your device only • Payment information is handled by Apple and we do not store payment details • Account data is retained until you request deletion • You can request complete data deletion at any time If you revoke consent, we immediately stop collecting new data and delete any stored usage data.
