Third-Party Services
ReelAI uses the following third-party services:
- Firebase (Google) — Authentication, database, cloud storage, push notifications, and crash analytics. Subject to Google's Privacy Policy.
- Runway ML — AI video generation service. Your text prompts are sent to Runway's API to generate videos. Subject to Runway's Privacy Policy.
- Apple StoreKit — In-app purchases are processed by Apple. Subject to Apple's Privacy Policy.
Data Storage and Security
- Your account data is stored securely in Google Firebase (Firestore)
- Generated videos and thumbnails are stored in Firebase Cloud Storage
- Authentication is handled by Firebase Auth with industry-standard encryption
- We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes
Data Retention
We retain your account data and generated videos for as long as your account is active. You can delete your account at any time through the app's Settings, which will permanently remove your account data, generated videos, and remaining coin balance.
Your Rights
You have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you
- Request correction of inaccurate data
- Delete your account and all associated data
- Opt out of push notifications via device settings
- Request a copy of your data by contacting us
Children's Privacy
ReelAI is not intended for use by children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that we have collected such information, we will take steps to delete it promptly.
