Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using PulseVPN, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service. Upon first use, you will be asked to provide explicit consent for data collection as described in our Privacy Policy. You must consent to continue using the service, but you may revoke consent at any time through the app's Settings.
Service Description
PulseVPN provides virtual private network (VPN) services to protect your online privacy and security. We offer both free and premium subscription tiers with varying features and server access.
Subscription Terms
• Subscriptions are auto-renewable and will automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period • Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period • Subscriptions may be managed and auto-renewal may be turned off in your App Store Account Settings • Any unused portion of a free trial period will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription • Prices are displayed in your local currency and may vary by region • Payment will be charged to your iTunes Account at confirmation of purchase • No refunds will be provided for any unused portion of a subscription term
Free Trial
• New subscribers may be eligible for a 7-day free trial period • You will not be charged during the free trial period • Your subscription will automatically begin after the trial period ends unless you cancel before that time • Cancel anytime during the trial to avoid being charged • Free trial is limited to one per user and cannot be transferred
Acceptable Use
You agree NOT to use our service to: • Engage in illegal activities or violate any laws • Distribute malware, viruses, or harmful code • Harass, threaten, or harm others • Violate intellectual property rights • Conduct denial-of-service attacks or network abuse • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems • Share your account credentials with others • Use the service for commercial resale We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms.
Service Availability
We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance, updates, or experience technical issues that temporarily affect service availability. We are not liable for any damages resulting from service interruptions.
Data Usage & Privacy
Your use of our service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Before collecting any usage data, we will explicitly request your consent through an in-app consent screen that clearly explains: • What data we collect • How we use the data • Your rights to revoke consent We maintain a strict no-logs policy and do not track, collect, or store your browsing activity, traffic data, or DNS queries. Connection metadata (timestamps, server location, duration) is only collected with your explicit consent and can be stopped at any time through Settings > Privacy & Data. Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of the PulseVPN app and service are owned by Volution Technologies and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of our service.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PulseVPN and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, resulting from your use or inability to use the service.
Warranty Disclaimer
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED 'AS IS' AND 'AS AVAILABLE' WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via the app or email. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms. You should review these terms periodically.
Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our service at any time for violation of these terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your App Store account settings. Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease.
Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Volution Technologies operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration.
